How can Swisstrax enhance and grow your business?

  • Becoming a Swisstrax dealer requires minimal monetary investment. We do not require new dealers to pre-order inventory or pay superfluous start up fees. The only initial cost is ordering our Professional Dealer Package* (see pdf for details). This helps to ensure our dealers have all the tools and products necessary to sell and install Swisstrax while still achieving short term ROI, usually on their very first install.
  • Swisstrax is essentially the fastest, easiest high performance garage flooring system to install, saving your business time and money with EVERY job!
  • There is a very small learning curve when it comes to selling and installing Swisstrax. Perfect for those dealers that are looking to successfully scale their business.

 


 

What kind of promotions or discounts do Swisstrax dealers receive?

  • Swisstrax offers dealers a competitive margin on our entire catalog of products*.
  • Our dealers get to take advantage of the tremendous shipping discounts we leverage through our network of trusted carriers.
  • Swisstrax offers substantial discounts on sample and product packages.
  • Volume discounts are available to dealers that wish to stock product or if they have a very large job that requires more aggressive pricing (minimums do apply).
  • Dealers that achieve consistent sales success will also be eligible for reduced pricing (minimums do apply).
  • Discounts are also available to dealers purchasing materials solely for the personal use of their business, for example for their own showroom, for their own trade show booth, etc.
  • Swisstrax offers “dealer appreciation” promotions throughout the year to give our dealer network an opportunity to increase their margins and boost their sales volume.  

 


 

Does Swisstrax offer their dealers exclusivity or protected sales territories?

Although Swisstrax does not offer brand new dealers exclusivity, we are open to those discussions (on a case by case basis) for dealers that achieve a proven track record of sales success and consistency. Some conditions will apply.

 


 

Does Swisstrax provide leads to their dealers?

Although Swisstrax does not guarantee lead disbursement to our dealer network, we do provide referrals whenever possible. Swisstrax only sells our products direct to the consumer as a DIY project, so if we have a potential customer that wants installation services, we will refer them to an Authorized Dealer in their service area.

 


 

Are Swisstrax dealers permitted to offer other garage flooring solutions to their customers?

  • Yes, in fact, many do! Although Swisstrax has proven to be a highly advantageous flooring solution for both your business and your customer, we understand every project is different and has different requirements.
  • All we ask is for our dealers to include Swisstrax in every applicable customer consult. If you wait for a customer to inquire or request a modular floor (or Swisstrax specifically), you’re leaving A TON of potential at the door!
  • Modular flooring systems are a blossoming concept for many and although Swisstrax is wildly popular in the automotive sector, there is still a lot of opportunity to share our incredible benefits with the mainstream market.
  • Swisstrax is heads above other modular flooring systems in terms of quality and performance. We believe (and many dealers have proven) that if you’re passionate about Swisstrax and educate your customers on how it could benefit them, YOU WILL SELL IT!  

 


 

How do dealers design and order their floors?

  • Our dealers are able to utilize our custom 3D Design tool (found on Swisstrax.com) to create a realistic design rendering for their clients to review and approve. This program can also generate a product list so the dealer knows exactly what items need to be ordered for that project.
  • From there, the dealer will log in to our ordering portal, where they can generate an estimate or place an order. New dealers receive their log in information during the onboarding process, after participating in a training session and ordering any applicable product packages.   

 


 

What is the typical lead time for orders?

  • For our directly manufactured, in stock items, orders typically take 2-3 business days to process, pack and ship from our warehouse in Dalton, GA.
  • Transit times vary based on location, carrier, etc. but most orders (under 2,000 sf) currently ship via FedEx Ground with a 1-5 business day transit.
  • Custom items, such as logos, may take 2-6 weeks on average.

 


 

What kind of training and educational support does Swisstrax offer their dealers?

  • Every new dealer will participate in one of our virtual training sessions to ensure they’re comfortable and confident selling, designing, ordering, and installing our systems.
  • Swisstrax offers plenty of educational resources available in our Dealer Sharepoint Link, such as FAQ sheets, Product Spec Sheets, video links and more.

 


 

What kind of Marketing support does Swisstrax offer their dealers?

  • The Swisstrax Dealer Sharepoint Link is a fantastic resource and houses a wide variety of marketing and branding assets. It features high resolution photos and videos, digital design files for brochures and catalogs, branding assets and website templates, printable sales tools and more.
  • For dealers that are looking to enhance their own local marketing efforts, Swisstrax can also facilitate additional SEO and Marketing support through our own Marketing company, Captiva.

 


 

How does Swisstrax stay connected to their dealers, provide updates, etc.?

  • Swisstrax has an incredible Dealer Support Group on Facebook and we encourage every dealer to join! It’s a great way for our network to engage, inspire and educate each other on how to sell more Swisstrax to their customers and have successful installs. We also use this platform to keep dealers in the loop on important Swisstrax happenings, such as promotions, new or discontinued products, marketing updates, new services for our dealers and much more!
  • Swisstrax also curates a quarterly newsletter just for our dealer network to share all the exciting updates from the last few months and what they can look forward to in the months ahead.
  • Swisstrax uses an advanced CRM system to ensure any important, time sensitive information can be quickly disbursed throughout our entire dealer network.
